Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

This policy establishes the guiding principles and framework by which PHSA its Staff and Agents will comply with the obligations regarding the protection and management of Personal Information set out in FIPPA, the E Health Act, and other applicable legislation; and set out obligations for Staff and Agents regarding maintaining the confidentiality of Other Confidential Information they may have access to during the course of their work at PHSA.
